Allows rider to tune handling to current snow conditions and terrain. Quickly change limiter strap length from the handlebar. Control mounts to riser block. Adjustment range is 2 holes on conventional strap (1. 3"/34 mm).2 settings to choose from: holes 3 to 5 or 2 to 4 on conventional strap. Patent pending.
