Unfortunately, shippers are currently not offering guarantees on expedited shipping right now given the unprecedented volume increase and limited employee availability due to the impacts of Covid-19. We appreciate your patience and understanding as all services are doing their best to ensure delivery as quickly as possible during this difficult time. Shipping Policy Overview
- Orders $39 and over qualify for free standard shipping via Ground (UPS, FedEx, USPS) to the contiguous 48 US states. Shipping will be calculated for orders to Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories including Puerto Rico, Guam, and U.S. Virgin Islands.
- Orders placed by 12 Noon CST will generally ship the same business day. Orders placed after 12 Noon CST will generally ship the next business day. We will notify customers via email within 48 hours with any shipping delays beyond 2-3 days and will attempt to make alternate arrangements if possible. We cannot guarantee delivery dates due to shippers’ irregularities, i.e bad weather.
- Drop-Shipped Orders are shipped from various distribution centers across the country. Our shipping experts determine the quickest and most efficient route to get you your gear as quickly as possible.
- P.O. Box Shipping. Unfortunately, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
- Shipping Method Explanation: Business days are Monday-Friday; Holidays, Saturday and Sunday are not included in shipping days. Shipping timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed.
- Fast Standard Shipping: Delivery typically in three to ten business days.
- Second Day: Delivery by the end of the second business day after an order has shipped. For example, if an order is shipped out on Monday, it will arrive on Wednesday. If the order is placed Monday night and ships out on Tuesday, it will arrive on Thursday.
- Next Day: Delivery the next business day after an order has shipped. An order that ships out on Thursday with Next-Day delivery would be delivered on Friday.
- Qualifying orders must select free ground shipping at checkout to receive free shipping.
- A shipping confirmation email including tracking information will typically be sent within 24 hours of an item shipping. For example, if you place an order Monday and we ship it Tuesday morning, you will receive your tracking information that evening or the following morning. Most orders will be shipped Fed Ex; however, we also utilize UPS and USPS.
- Packages delivered are no longer in the control of our retailers or the shipping carrier and become the responsibility of the buyer to secure. Stolen packages after delivery has been made are not the responsibility of our retailers or the shipping carrier. If you are concerned about package theft after delivery you must request and pay for signature required delivery service BEFORE your order ships.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING TERMS & CONDITIONS
- The majority of brands we feature cannot be shipped to International destinations due to manufacturer restrictions (Example: Ski-Doo, Klim, 509, etc.) If you have selected an item that cannot be shipped internationally we will inform you in the checkout process on our site.
- Prices are shown in US dollars. Any import duties, taxes or brokerage fees due at the time of delivery are the sole responsibility of the receiving customer. Packing slips for International Shipments cannot be marked as a “gift” or with altered prices. International Orders may require 3-5 business days or more of additional processing time prior to shipment as we may need to consolidate items to one location for shipment. When “Fast International Shipping” method is selected, orders will be shipped by a carrier of our choice (USPS, DHL, or UPS). Typical transit time will be 5-10 business days.
- Tires, hazardous, oversize and easily damaged items cannot be shipped internationally. These product types include but are not limited to: Batteries, Oversize luggage Stands, Windshields.
