Castle X Women's Code G4 Jacket (Non Current)

The Castle X Women's Code G4 Jacket is built for cold-weather snowmobile riding with a tough, weather-resistant shell, versatile insulation, and rider-focused features. Part of the Castle X Performance Series, the Code G4 combines an ultra-tough polyester/nylon outer shell with 3M™ Thinsulate™ Original™ Insulation in both the jacket and removable liner. With both layers in place, the jacket provides 200g of total body insulation and 160g in the sleeves.

The 5,000mm/5,000g/m² Ven-Tex® 2.0 shell is waterproof, windproof, and breathable, while a durable water-repellent (DWR) treatment helps repel moisture from the outer surface. Critical seams are sealed for additional weather protection, while the Comfort-Flow™ moisture-wicking mesh lining helps improve comfort during active riding.

Backpack-friendly Ventec® 2-way core vents with snow-blocker mesh provide adjustable ventilation, while the wind-blocking magnetic front placket helps keep cold air and snow out. Fleece-lined adjustable cuffs with internal Lycra® hand gaiters add protection around the wrists and hands, while the internal powder skirt helps prevent snow from getting inside.

The Code G4 also includes a removable adjustable hood, integrated goggle wipe, multiple storage pockets, water-resistant zippers, reflective 3M™ Scotchlite™ materials, and a heavy-duty YKK® 2-way main zipper. A dropback design with an adjustable hem provides additional coverage, while the tether D-ring offers a convenient attachment point for a tether.
