Pickup Timeframe
All in-store pickup orders must be collected within 30 days from the date the order is marked “Ready for Pickup.” Customers will be notified when their order is ready.
Order Reminders
Courtesy reminders may be sent during the pickup window; however, it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure pickup within the allotted timeframe.
Order Cancellation
If an order is not picked up within 30 days, the order will be subject to cancellation. Once canceled, the items will be returned to inventory and are no longer reserved for the customer.
Refunds

If payment has already been processed, a refund will be issued once the order is canceled.

Please allow up to 10 business days for your financial institution to process the refund.

Taxes (if applicable) are non-refundable.
Reordering
Canceled in-store pickup orders are not guaranteed to be restocked. Customers wishing to repurchase items must place a new order, subject to current availability and pricing.
Exceptions
Exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of management. Customers are encouraged to contact us via email prior to the 30-day deadline if additional time is needed at onlinesale@miesoutland.com. or use the contact us link at the bottom of our website.
