This linkage kit is part of Can-Am’s "UFit" ergonomic system. It is required when a rider alters their seating setup to Position 2 (repositioning the footpegs or floorboards) on models equipped with a manual transmission (SM6). Replacing the stock shift rod with this 248.0 mm version ensures that the shift lever remains at the proper mechanical angle and height relative to the new foot position
